Vehicle rental websites from $127 a month, live in 7 days
Three plans from $127 a month plus a $697 one-time build fee, with weekly articles, fleet class pages and managed hosting.
What most rental sites get wrong before we start
Every vehicle sits in one long list instead of its own class page.
A generic contact form leaves dates and vehicle class for a phone call.
One page tries to represent every pickup location at once.
The site has not been meaningfully updated since it launched.
Photo heavy pages load slowly, especially on a phone in daylight.

Revisions, explained
A revision is any change request you send, with no limit on how much goes into one. 5 are included every month, completed within 2 to 5 working days. After the fifth, each extra revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy.
Cancellation, refunds and the build fee
The $697 build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it. Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours (9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday). All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days.
Domain and hosting, both included
One domain is registered free in your name for as long as your plan is active, or we point an existing one at the new site. Hosting runs on Cloudflare with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, nothing itemised.
Before you ask
I already have a rental website. What happens to it?
Tell us the address in your onboarding form and we review it during the build. Pages worth keeping, such as fleet listings with useful content or articles that already rank, are rebuilt with the same information in the new design. Old URLs that no longer exist are redirected to their closest match, so a link someone already has does not break.
Will I lose search rankings when we switch?
A properly redirected migration is built to protect the rankings you already have rather than start from zero. We cannot promise a specific outcome, since rankings depend on many factors outside a website rebuild, but preserving existing URLs through redirects and keeping proven page content is the standard approach we follow on every migration.
Do I need to cancel my old hosting myself?
Yes, once your new site is live and you are satisfied with it. We tell you exactly when the new site is fully live and safe to point your domain away from the old host, so you are never left with two active hosting bills longer than needed.
What do I actually pay, and when?
You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $127, $267 plus AI usage, or $647 a month. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.

Frequently asked questions
What do I actually get for the monthly fee?
A custom-coded website built for your fleet: fleet class pages, a reservation request flow, location pages if you have more than one counter, weekly researched articles, hosting on Cloudflare, and revisions handled through your client portal. Showroom covers the site itself, Concierge adds the AI Engine, and Flagship adds the Content Engine. Every plan is one monthly fee, with a $697 build fee invoiced only after the site is live.
How long until my rental site is live?
7 days on Showroom, 10 on Concierge while the AI Engine is trained on your fleet, and 15 on Flagship with the Content Engine running from day one. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the fleet is live.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes. Fleets often start on Showroom and move up once the AI Engine or the Content Engine earns its place. Tell us in your client portal and we schedule the change to line up with your next invoice date, so nothing is charged twice in the same month.
What happens straight after I buy?
You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your fleet classes, locations, rate structure, brand and where reservation requests should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.
What is the client portal?
It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us fleet photography you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.
Do I need professional photography before we start?
No. We tell you exactly which shots each vehicle class page needs and in what order, so you can arrange one photography session that covers everything rather than several. If photography is not ready by launch, the site goes live with placeholder galleries clearly marked, and pages are updated as real photography arrives, at no extra cost.
What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?
A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new fleet class page, an updated rate table, a different photo set, a new location page: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Add two new vehicle classes with this photography and copy" is one revision, not two. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days.
How do I actually request a change?
Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need such as new photography or updated rates, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.
Is hosting an extra cost?
No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage and no surprise line item in month four.
What happens if the site goes down?
Hosting on Cloudflare's network is built for reliability, and we monitor the site as part of managing it. If something needs attention, raise it in your client portal and it is treated the same as any other revision request, completed within 2 to 5 working days.
Do I have to pay for a domain?
No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain, we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for renters who know your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.
Can I keep my current email addresses if you manage the domain?
Yes. Pointing a domain at your new site does not touch your email. We only change the records needed for the website itself, and we confirm the change with you before it happens so nothing about your existing email setup is affected.
